A relaxed volunteer trip in Bali, Indonesia, where you can see the most beautiful sunsets in the world

#Confidence, courage #Experience in teaching English, exposure to diverse cultures #The vastness of the world, cherished memories

Having lived only in Korea, I often settled into a familiar environment. I realized I had been like a frog in a pond, unaware of how vast the world is. However, through volunteering and meeting people of various nationalities, genders, ages, and occupations, I experienced how wide and diverse the world is.

    # In just two weeks, did I change? The answer is YES!

Since it''s only a short period of two weeks, I didn''t expect any dramatic changes. I just wanted to accumulate precious experiences I could recall time and again when I felt tired and worn out in life. However, I felt an amazing change through this volunteer work. Curious what kind of change? Please read on until the end. :)

    # I realized how vast and diverse the world is.

Having lived only in Korea, I often settled into a familiar environment. I realized I had been like a frog in a pond, unaware of the world''s breadth. However, through volunteering and meeting people of various nationalities, genders, ages, and occupations, I experienced how wide and colorful the world is.

In particular, there were frequent exchanges with local Balinese staff and American college students,Through communicating with them, I was able to understand different cultures and values and gain new perspectives.

    # All the experiences in Bali will remain in my heart forever.

As I mentioned earlier, I had doubts about what change could happen in just two short weeks, but that time brought me an amazing transformation.During that short period, I gained the confidence and courage that I could do anything. Always self-confidence Even I, who had always lacked confidence, grew more certain of myself. The gap year in Bali was truly a valuable experience and moments I''ll revisit in my heart for the rest of my life.

To those currently considering a gap year,Don''t hesitate — just give it a try. Don''t miss the chance to discover yourself by experiencing something new!

    # Bali English Teaching Volunteer Trip — here''s my daily routine!

My days were mostly filled with volunteering with the children. After breakfast, I start the day energetically with mentoring and local experience activities. After lunch, I spend precious time teaching English to the children at a nearby school, and in the evening I either make new friends through language exchanges or enjoy a relaxing rest. In my free time, explore local Indomart stores to feel the local charm. And in the morning, don''t miss the special moment of walking along the beach and enjoying the beautiful sunrise!
