Consulting procedure guide

Consulting is conducted either by in-person visit or by FaceTalk.

■Please note!

-The consultation will be conducted one-on-one with the assigned consultant in the Korea Gap Year counseling office.

-To provide accurate consultation for participants,Consultants alsothe mostrecommendedconsulting methodis.

■ Please note!

-The consultation is conducted via KakaoTalk Face Talk, but because an online assessment (which takes about 30 minutes) is conducted during the consultation,

We recommend using a PC.If unavoidable, it is possible to use a mobile phone, but please inform us in advance.

Participation fee

■ This consultation is a special-care service provided only to those who have been participating in a gap-year project for four weeks or longer

to those who wish to receive the consultationoffered free of chargeis provided.

How to apply for the consultation

- If you write the desired date and time for the consultation on the application form, we will use it as a reference to help coordinate the schedule.

(The consultation will not be conducted on the date and time you wrote on the application form. The schedule you provided in the application is for our reference, and

We will refer to the schedule you provided and arrange the appointment with the assigned consultant).

- There may be limitations for those who wish to receive consultation outside weekday working hours (09:00 AM–06:00 PM).

Please provide detailed information about your current situation on the application form, as we need to consider time differences and local conditions by country.

- The consultant will coordinate the schedule directly with the participant.It takes about one week to arrange the consulting schedule.Please keep this in mind when applying for the consultation.

- This consultation is provided to participants only once.and,Once the consultation schedule is set, changes to the date or time will not be allowed for personal reasons.Please apply with this in mind.
