Collaboration & Group Program Inquiry Guidelines

How to Request Collaboration or Group Programs with Korea GapYear

If you are an individual, organisation, or institution interested in collaborating with Korea GapYear or requesting participation in group-based programs (such as camps or customised programmes), please follow the steps below!

 

📋 Inquiry Submission Process

  1. Please download and complete the attached form titled:
    💾 “Collaboration / Corporate & Group Inquiry Request Form”

  2. Once completed, send the form via email to:
    📧 program@koreagapyear.com

 

📄 Why We Request a Written Inquiry

To provide accurate and tailored guidance, we kindly ask all collaboration and group requests to be submitted in writing.
If the form is completed in sufficient detail, a KGY staff member will review your request and contact you directly.
