    Learn professional knowledge such as administrative support and report writing that directly helps NGO activities. Develop the ability to manage projects and create detailed plans. Understand the practical problems NGOs face in the international community and ways to address them. Feel a great sense of accomplishment when my efforts produce visible results. Experience a sense of agency by generating new ideas based on my own experiences. Gain a deep understanding of the lives of Cambodian people and cultivate respect for them. Acquire the skills needed to work effectively in a global environment. Improve communication, persuasion, and decision-making skills when interacting with diverse people. Develop self-reflection skills to objectively view my strengths and weaknesses.
