This is a hands-on vocational college program for those who want to learn how to cook and run restaurants in Australia and work in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, bars, etc.). After the basic coursework, you can build practical experience and earn money through a paid internship. Learn cooking step by step from fundamentals to practical training, and after graduation challenge yourself to become a great chef in Australian restaurants!

    1. Learn to cook in Australia, where diverse cultures and fresh ingredients abound.
Australia is home to many cultures and, thanks to its large-scale agriculture and fisheries, fresh ingredients are easily available. This makes the country an excellent environment for learning and enjoying a wide variety of international cuisines. In particular, Sydney — one of the world’s three great natural harbors — attracts many tourists and offers numerous famous restaurants and places to enjoy food and drink.
On the other hand, Australia’s small population means the hospitality industry faces labor shortages. To address this, the government provides broad opportunities for hospitality workers to obtain permanent residency. Learn and gain hands-on experience in Sydney to build your career as a professional chef and prepare for possible settlement in Australia. Experiencing cuisines from many countries will help you improve your skills and build a valuable global career.

    2. Top-level skills at reasonable tuition — start a premier chef program in Sydney.
The vocational college running this program offers a high-quality curriculum and reasonable tuition in Sydney, earning strong student satisfaction. Classes and practical training are led by outstanding instructors, including chefs from Michelin restaurants, and the curriculum emphasizes hands-on practice alongside theory to rapidly improve students’ skills. The program also offers a broad curriculum that includes pastry and baking.
The school provides the same curriculum and practical training environment as leading international institutions but at much lower tuition, allowing you to receive high-quality education without a heavy financial burden. Don’t miss the chance to experience diverse, high-quality cooking classes and practical training at an affordable cost.

    3. Earn your tuition while pursuing your dreams on the global stage.
After completing the program’s basic coursework, you can join an internship that allows up to 44 hours of work per week. By combining classes and the internship (44 hours/week, approximately 4.2 million KRW for 4 weeks), you can pay your own tuition while gaining real culinary work experience. After graduation, your internship experience and qualification will greatly help you find employment in Australian restaurants and prepare for settlement. Even if you return to Korea, the internationally standard culinary skills and experience you gain will open many opportunities — working as a chef in high-end restaurants or opening your own place. Training and competing with peers from around the world will sharpen your skills and give you the confidence to shape your future anywhere.

*As of 2025, Australia’s minimum hourly wage is A$25.20, which is approximately 24,000 KRW. Koreans in Australia are known for their diligent work ethic and are highly sought after by many restaurants and shops when hiring staff.

    4. You can join even if you’re worried about your English.
This program welcomes participants who are not confident in English. Because all classes are taught in English, enrollment normally requires an intermediate English level (IELTS 5.5 or higher). However, for those who find English tests burdensome, the school operates a special pathway program.

If you complete classes at a nearby English language institution, you can enroll in the school without a separate English score. Through the English classes, participants will gain basic conversational skills needed for life in Australia and the English proficiency required to follow academic classes, allowing them to begin their studies with confidence. Improve your English naturally while preparing for a career in cooking and your future.
