The trademarks and logos of our company or our goods and services displayed on this site are the property of our company, and we own the exclusive rights to use the GAPWEEK trademark and logo in Korea. Use without our prior consent and permission is prohibited.
If you use identical or similar trademarks and logos of our company without obtaining permission, we inform you that we may take legal action, including civil and criminal penalties (Trademark Act Article 93: up to seven years imprisonment or a fine of up to 100 million won) and compensation claims for damages, due to violations of the Trademark Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.
- Unauthorized use of our company's names and logos for our products and services may result in punishment for 'Trademark Act Violation.'
- Misappropriation of our rights or causing confusion among consumers may result in punishment for 'Violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.'
