Having My Own Gap Year in 16 Weeks: Creating a Realistic Gap Year Plan

#Reduced worries/complaints; moved into action #The ability to make plans on my own #The importance of clear motivation

  • This course enables me to make plans on my own and provides clear motivation.

    - 16 weeks, having my own gap year, creating a realistic gap year plan

    - What made you participate in the ''Creating a Realistic Gap Year Plan'' course?

I took a leave of absence, but I was very worried about whether I would be okay. When friends took a leave, they often spent their days studying English or working part-time, but I didn''t want to spend my time like that,so I applied for this lecture.

    - Which lecture content from the 16-week course impressed you the most?

Every week had impressive content, but the time that directly affected me was the one-on-one consulting session.
That moment broke the repetitive vicious cycle I had been trapped in.

    - What do you think are the advantages or special features of this lecture?

It enables you to create your own plan and gives you definite motivation.
You can also gain valuable information.

    - Finally, please talk about changes in your thoughts or actions resulting from the lecture.

    - Change in biases about occupations

    Before the lecture

    After the lecture

I thought that, wherever you go in the world,

there would be prejudice about occupations.

I realized that perceptions and attitudes toward jobs,

differ greatly from country to country.

    - Changes in future life and mindset

     Before the lecture

    After the lecture

    Both internally and externally,

I had many worries and complaints.

The things I wanted to do and the things I had to do,

I stopped just thinking about them and giving up,

and became able to put them into action.
