Hello. I am a student who attended the lecture on January 5th and am about to become a college freshman.
My review is late, but since it helped me so much, I''m writing this belated review with gratitude.
After taking the college entrance exam and researching university admissions, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I truly want to do. I didn''t want to go through college without passion and goals, so while looking up various information I happened upon this lecture. Honestly, lectures felt rigid to me, so I hesitated a lot about whether to apply, but as soon as the lecture started I thought I had made the very best decision to sign up.
At the beginning of my senior year in high school I had dreams of becoming a college student, going on exchange programs, and doing overseas volunteer work. But by the time I was submitting my college applications, I only thought about graduating as soon as possible and getting a job. Even though I knew I had changed, I couldn''t stop thinking in terms of reality, settling for it, and trying to justify myself. However, after listening to this lecture I developed a goal and a dream to shape my once-in-a-lifetime college years and youth into my own story.
Instructor Lee Seongwon, who helped me regain my dream of doing overseas volunteer work,
Instructor Park Siyong, who entertainingly taught me true confidence and the spirit of perseverance with humor,
Instructor Kim Namho, who made me reconsider my former dream of being an international activist and taught me about the spirit of challenge,
Instructor Park Jinsu, who properly explained both the experience and the information about working holidays and prompted me to think about perseverance.
To all four instructors, thank you so much for bringing about a major change and giving me confidence for my college life ahead.
Actually, when I applied for this lecture part of me wanted to find a dream, but I also came curious about how I could build similar credentials after seeing the instructors'' impressive profiles. However, as soon as the lecture began, I felt very embarrassed and ashamed for coming with that mindset. Through this lecture I feel I received a tremendously positive impact not only on my college life but on my life overall, so I''m truly grateful.
I also want to sincerely thank everyone else who worked hard for this charity lecture.
