Hello! I am a university student who participated in an English learning project in Cebu, Philippines.

My goal in Cebu was to live a regular, structured life.
I often had my days and nights reversed because of constant worries and concerns about the future.But here, I wanted to recharge my body and mind by planning ahead and living each day in a regular routine :)

I took eight scheduled classes from 8 AM to 6 PM. After class, I went out with friends to the mall, had beers, and had a great time. On weekends I was free to travel and had various experiences.
# My tips for preparing a Cebu, Philippines language-study gap year!
When preparing for the gap year, I was able to get ready by referring to the orientation and materials I received by email. I bought the other items myself; I only packed a shower filter from Korea and purchased the rest of what I needed locally.

: I was able to meet friends from various nationalities, and I remember experiences like ordering delivery by myself and taking a taxi. It was especially fun to ride a jeepney, which you can''t see in Korea.

: Four weeks felt a bit short to have various experiences, so I want to travel to Cebu again.
