First, most of the classes there are ones that ask for my opinions.
While answering, I realized I had been living thoughtlessly and without much agency.
To answer proactively, you need to have your own thoughts, and to do that you need to try various experiences.
The biggest change is that I had a lot more time to think for myselfI think so.
