Designing abandoned schools and lunchboxes with your own sensibility, developing signature menus with organic produce, creating beautiful gardens that captivate tourists, and experimenting with marketing strategies on social media! If you have a personal project in mind, this is the place to bring it to life. It's an opportunity to rediscover the joy of doing what you love.

If you've done something enjoyable for yourself that also helps someone else, you can feel both joy and pride.

    PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

    Project Activities

There are three activities in this project, and you can choose one of them to participate in.

    * This project is open to participants aged 22 and above.

    1. Fully Understanding Social Purpose and Maximizing My Skills by 101%

    Recommended for: Anyone interested

*What is social purpose? Providing social services or jobs to vulnerable groups.

Turning My Personal Project into Social Welfare Service! This is killing two birds with one stone.

If you understand the contribution to the local community, such as providing social services and jobs to vulnerable groups, and if you want to carry out your own project, this activity is recommended for you. If you empathize with sharing and love for a better life, this is your chance to take action in Suncheon!

The organization conducting the project provides various social welfare services. By selling eco-friendly local food and operating the restaurant-cum-cafe 'Eco Cafe Tteul,' it directly contributes to the local economy. It also leads to positive growth among local residents by operating a silver university and agricultural school targeting local elders and multicultural families. The possibilities in Suncheon are limitless. It's a great opportunity for those who want to experience such values firsthand!

    2. Designing Suncheon with My Sensibility and Personality

Recommended for: Designers, Horticulturists, Landscape Architects, Marketers, Media Creators, etc.

Use your creativity and imagination to fill the spacious green yard and the empty old school!

Taste eco-friendly local food at the 'Cafe&Restaurant,' and actively utilize the quiet old school where students no longer attend. Staff members wearing clothes designed by me, a closed-down school transformed into an emerging tourist attraction reflecting my artistic vision, a logo redesigned to suit the local image, visitors enjoying their time in the courtyard I cultivated, personally designed packaging for local agricultural products, and engaging in art activities with local children! Anything you desire is possible. You can also create diverse content such as writing, photos, and videos.

    3. Cooking and Delivering Lunch Boxes for Seniors

     Recommended for: Chefs, Food Creators

Try new recipes with fresh ingredients in Suncheon and present meals to residents!

Many elderly people in the village cannot take care of their meals due to mobility issues. Here, we operate a service preparing and delivering lunch boxes for them. How about cooking a meal with local agricultural products in the clean area of Suncheon to treat the elderly? If you develop food with good ingredients that appeal to all ages, it might even be featured as a signature menu in local restaurants. Particularly, if you are a food creator, it's a valuable opportunity to create your own recipe and present it to many people!

    Planner's Tip!

Have you heard of Silver Food and Care Food targeted at seniors? As the elderly population worldwide continues to increase, the silver food industry is also growing. Come join us here and take a step closer to the global trend of silver food while spending time with our seniors.
