Program Introduction

This project isWomen in Jaipur, Indiais a volunteer effort that empowers them to dream bigger dreams and look forward to a brighter future. Women's sustainable growth and developmentwill also be the driving force that makes Jaipur's future shine more brightly.

Today, countless women in India suffer from pervasive inequality. Domestic violence and abuse, lack of education and wage gaps, and countless other problems arise. The causes of the inequalities Indian women face are diverse, but among them, the problem that women are unaware of their own rightsis the most significant.

Therefore, what Indian women need most right now is proper education. Teaching them the rights they are entitled to and developing the skills to become self-reliant will be the beginning of change toward equality. Please join us so that the women of Jaipur, India can enjoy their rights and freely dream of a future they could not have hoped for until now.

The first step to improving women's human rights in India isto build a foundation that enables women to be self-reliantThis involves raising awareness about women's rights and providing skills training that supports economic independence—such as basic English (vocabulary and sentence construction), simple math, and computer classes including media usage—so that women can lead their own lives without depending on their families.

Become a teacher for the women of Jaipur, India! The helping hand you extend will lead Indian women to a new life.

Meet warm-hearted people in Jaipur, India who generously share the love in their hearts.the warm passion of volunteers gathered to put love into actioncan be felt. Simply being with them can be comforting and restorative.

Time spent with kind and good people brings positive changes to my life as well. Through the experience of receiving love, you learn how to share love, and as you share love with those around you—showing consideration and cooperation—other changes can begin as well.A world connected by lovewill surely be a little kinder and more compassionate than before.

India is full of diverse charms a travel destination sought by countless people around the worldIt is.

How about visiting the Taj Mahal, where you can experience India's most splendid history and culture with the foreign friends you met in Jaipur, and taking a safari tour of Ranthambore National Park where you can spot a variety of wild animals such as tigers, bears, crocodiles, and deer? A camel safari—riding camels across the desert and spending a night under the desert sky—will also become a memorable part of your trip to India.

A chance to experience the vibrant beauty of IndiaDon't miss it!

Location Overview

Region:India, Jaipur

Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan in northern India. In the mid-19th century, the streets were painted pink to commemorate a visit by the Prince of Wales, which led to the nickname "Pink City." Even today, building regulations require new structures to be painted in colors similar to their surroundings, helping preserve the Pink City's reputation. Combined two-day tickets are also sold for tourists, which can be very helpful when traveling in Jaipur.

Recommended attractions

01 Hawa Mahal

Painted in beautiful colors, the Hawa Mahal is the most striking building in Jaipur. With around 900 small windows, it was built for the royal women who were not allowed to appear in public; from the outside you cannot see inside, but from the inside you can look out. The hundreds of windows also act as vents, keeping the interior cool even in hot summers, which is why it is also called the Palace of Winds.

02 Jantar Mantar

Jantar Mantar is one of the observatories built in the 18th century. The name comes from Sanskrit and means 'magical instrument.' Maharaja Jai Singh II, who had a strong interest in science and astronomy, built a total of five observatories. The Jantar Mantar in Jaipur is the largest of them and features the world's largest sundial, which reaches a height of 27 meters.

03 알버트 홀 뮤지엄

Built in the 1800s, this elegant building is known as the Government Central Museum and houses a museum that showcases Jaipur's history. Located in a beautiful garden in the city, it displays a variety of artworks that reveal India's beauty—such as jewelry, furniture, and artifacts—allowing visitors to enjoy its diverse culture and history.
