Program Introduction

PROJECT INTRODUCTION

This project offers a gap year experience in Malta, often called a top European vacation destination, through internships in various fields. Learn and use English while discovering your own latent abilities that you might not have known. It's a special opportunity to gain broader perspectives with practical experience in Europe! Come to Malta now!

Why should you go to Malta?

First, the opportunity to work in Europe

Do you have a dream of working in Europe? Spend time working in your area of interest in Malta. Malta hosts people from various nationalities. Work with friends from different countries, engage with Europeans, and learn their thoughts and culture. Imagine growing even further while staying in Europe. Take the first step towards becoming a global talent and challenge yourself. That dream will unfold for you.

Second, an environment where you can use English freely

People in Malta speak English. Immerse yourself in an environment where English is the daily language. To master living English, you need to speak, listen, and use it frequently in an English-speaking environment. You'll naturally improve your English skills while sharing daily life with friends you meet in Malta. Before starting your internship, you'll have 4 weeks of language training, investing 4 hours a day. By focusing on learning English, you can enhance your professional business English and everyday conversation skills. Experience the thrill of business English conversation through your internship in your field of study or interest.

Third, spending time in a representative vacation destination loved by Europeans

Malta, the smallest country in the world and a favorite vacation spot for Europeans! Valletta, the capital of Malta, is so charming that it has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The buildings made of ivory-colored limestone have well-preserved medieval features, offering a unique medieval city experience different from other European cities. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and stunning emerald beaches, where you can fully relax and enjoy a vacation-like experience.

Fourth, sports, leisure activities, and events

In Malta, you can enjoy various sports and leisure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, scuba diving, paragliding, and windsurfing. Malta is a popular travel destination for divers, known for its particularly beautiful underwater scenery. Malta offers a variety of activities for you to enjoy! Besides sports and leisure activities, there are also diverse evening entertainments, seasonal festivals, and historical reenactments that are popular among tourists.

Fifth, a 3-month visa-free stay

When traveling abroad, the first thing to check is the visa. Malta is a Schengen Area country, allowing visa-free stays for up to 90 days. With many Europeans visiting Malta, traveling to other European countries is also easy. As a Schengen Area member, you can move freely within Europe as if it were a single country. While staying in Malta, explore neighboring European countries as well.

*Schengen Agreement: An agreement for travel and convenience among 26 European countries, allowing free movement within these countries without border checks.
[Non-Schengen countries: United Kingdom (maximum 6 months visa-free entry), Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc.]
