This is a project to live as a campsite manager at the Ocean View Camping Site on Wonsando Island in Boryeong City. While living as a campsite staff member, you will directly experience various tasks necessary for campsite operation, including reservation management, customer service, and glamping room and facility management. You will also meet travelers from all over the country, and after finishing work, you can enjoy the sea and nature of Wonsando, experiencing a special local life where learning and traveling go hand in hand. Live as a campsite manager who completes someone’s trip, beyond just enjoying camping.

1. Create a camping experience that people want to revisit.

A good campsite is not just completed by beautiful scenery or convenient facilities. Friendly guidance, careful consideration, and small services that prioritize the customer's perspective come together to create a memorable trip. In this project, you will help manage the site with the administrator to ensure that guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable time, directly designing customer experiences. You can introduce Wonsando's tourist attractions and experience programs, and suggest new event or service ideas that can be enjoyed at the campsite, trying various things from the perspective of a camping planner. The ideas I propose can lead to actual customer satisfaction, and 'this place will be remembered as a campsite people want to revisit.'Experience a special moment.

2. Meet countless travelers and create new connections.

Various people with different purposes and stories visit the campsite. From check-in guidance to introducing nearby travel destinations and restaurants, you can naturally interact with travelers, creating new connections with people from all over the country. Since everyone has a different way of enjoying travel and different life stories, each day becomes a series of new encounters. Some may share stories about starting new jobs, while others share their way of living while traveling.By meeting people from different generations, professions, and regions, you can discover lifestyles and new perspectives that you did not know.Spending time communicating in various situations will enhance my communication skills and service capabilities, broadening my perspective on understanding people and the world.

3. Learn the real scene of the accommodation industry from reservation to facility management.

A day in the life of camping staff is busier than you might think. From checking reservations to greeting guests, inspecting rooms, and managing facilities, every process completes a person's trip.Participants will directly experience the tasks necessary for campsite operation on-site, learning the basic practices of tourism and accommodation, including reservation management, customer service, room operation, inventory and facility management. Through this, they will also develop the ability to respond to unexpected requests or on-site issues and to prioritize tasks. For those who dream of working in tourism-related fields such as hotels, guesthouses, or glamping,it will be a great opportunity to learn about actual operational structures and know-how.

4. Experience the Wonsando camping life filled with adventure and experiences.

While working as a campsite manager, you can experience the joy of learning new skills and traveling around the island. After completing activities, you can enjoy experiences like mudflat exploration, sea harvesting, and sea fishing near the campsite, or move to Daecheon Beach to try activities like marine leisure and paragliding. Walking along the quiet coastal trail and watching the sunset over the red horizon of the West Sea, ending the day is a special daily experience that can only be enjoyed here.Live as a camping manager helping guests enjoy their travels during work, and as a traveler exploring the island during your free time. The time spent on Wonsando learning the practical work and meeting new people while enjoying camping and traveling will gift you with a new perspective on life.
