    Program Introduction

At a high-altitude winery located in Bonghwa County, Gyeongsangbuk-do,a project where you can learn the entire process of making apple, grape, and Korean wild grape (meoru) winesThis is a project. Using high-quality apples grown directly on an apple farm at 600 meters above sea level, we produce a white wine that boasts a rich body. Together with the winemaster, you will operate the apple orchard and the winery, learn in depth about the wine’s taste and aroma, and directly experience the winemaking process.

    1. An apple wine the world should take notice of

This winery produces a special 'full-bodied white wine' made from apples. Using highland Bonghwa apples, it achieves a depth and weight that are difficult to realize with typical grape-based white wines.Apples from Korea’s Gyeongsangbuk-do region are among the world’s finest, characterized by outstanding flavor, aroma, and a firm structure. These characteristics are reborn during fermentation into a clean, deep, dry taste. The wine’s rich body allows broad pairings that complement Korean cuisine, which uses strong seasonings and a variety of ingredients. European sommeliers who tasted this wine also expressed surprise at its deep body.If you are looking for a delicious white wine, taste the wines here and directly experience the excellence of Korean apples and apple wineGive it a try!
