    This project offers classes tailored to participants' skill levels.For those new to yoga, classes are structured so you can slowly learn basic postures, and there are advanced courses prepared for those who have previous yoga experience.Before class, naturally release physical and mental tension with a cup of warm tea; through yoga and meditation sessions led by professional instructors, you can improve flexibility and concentration and have time to deepen your self-understanding.

    Program Activities

    This project isA project to learn yoga and nurture the body and mind in Sokcho, Gangwon ProvinceIt is. At a studio open 365 days a year, you can join classes as much as you want and learn yoga. Classes can be tailored to participants' skill levels, from basic poses to advanced postures. Experience yoga and meditation on the beach, feel nature, and take time to focus on yourself.

    Program Structure

    1. Studio Yoga and Meditation Classes
    - Open Monday to Saturday, 05:00–21:00

    - Conducted in small-group class format

    - Each class runs for approximately 70 minutes

    - Detailed classes change monthly by theme, such as Hatha and Vinyasa

    - A short tea time with organic tea before class

    2. Ocean (Outdoor) Yoga and Meditation Classes
    - Held weekly during periods excluding the winter season (December–February)

    - Classes held on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday by prior reservation

    - Mainly held on the beach at sunrise or sunset

    - Consists of a 10-minute coastal trail trek plus 60 minutes of yoga and meditation

    - Photos during class, yoga mat, and organic tea provided

    * The above program is an example to help understand the activities. Activity times may vary depending on participation timing and local conditions.
    * In the case of ocean yoga, if it rains alternative classes will be held in the resort's indoor space.

    - Ocean yoga classes may be adjusted depending on local weather conditions such as wind and waves.

    - Before yoga and meditation classes, enjoy a warm cup of tea and light conversation to relax the body.

    - This project includes unlimited studio classes and one ocean yoga class per week.

    - During ocean yoga classes, photos and time-lapses are taken and provided individually after the class.

Intended as a yoga studio for travelers, it stays open for visitors to Gangwon 365 days a year, from early dawn until late at night. Classes are offered with the hope of providing a space to pause and rest amid busy daily life; in addition to regular indoor studio classes, the studio also runs sea yoga sessions on Sokcho’s beaches to practice with nature.

    Accommodation

    1. Sokcho Beach
    Sokcho Beach is a representative East Coast beach famous for its clear blue water and fine sandy shore. The beach is close to the city, making it convenient for walks or watching the sunrise, and many people visit in summer to swim. There are many cafes and food shops nearby, so you can relax after a swim. If you visit at sunrise, you can witness the moving scene of the sea and sky dyed red, making the experience even more special.

    2. Seoraksan
    Seoraksan is Sokcho’s representative attraction and one of the most beautiful mountains in Korea. You can take a cable car up to Gwongeumseong to enjoy spectacular views, or walk along various trails such as Ulsanbawi, Sinheungsa, and Biryong Falls to fully enjoy nature. Seoraksan shows different faces each season and is especially popular during the autumn foliage. It is a great healing spot for hiking or simply resting and feeling the mountain’s energy.

    3. Abai Village
    Abai Village is a traditional Sokcho village settled by former refugees.
