We have a dedicated boat for scuba divers. During the participation period,you will take a boat to explore various underwater dive sites in the East Seayou will. Explore a new place every day and immerse yourself in the charm of the East Sea and scuba diving!
3. A relaxed and enjoyable daily life by the sea
During time outside of scuba diving,stay at accommodation facing the sea and take walks on Goseong's tranquil beaches, or visit nearby ports and fishing villages to enjoy small pleasuresYou can enjoy these. You can also have barbecue parties with other divers with the sea as the backdrop, delighting your eyes and palate. Escape busy daily life, laugh and talk with people who love the sea, and experience true rest and relaxation.
What makes this project special
This project involves learning scuba diving in Goseong, Gangwon Province, and exploring and enjoying the beautiful East Sea underwater. Participants, according to their own schedules,can complete training courses such as Open Water, Rescue, and Master and obtain international certificationsThey can do so. The training courses includesuits, equipment, shower facilities, and lunch are all includedare provided.
Example Scuba Diving Project
*Training hours:Diving lessons are conducted between 09:00 and 15:00 (Operated according to the curriculum and weather conditions, such as boat diving, beach diving, and pool diving)
*Project structure
*Example activities for Week 1
Day 1: Orientation, theory and equipment training, accommodation briefing
Day 2: Confined water diving - 1 session in the morning, 1 session in the afternoon
Day 3: 3 open water boat dives
Day 4: 3 fun dives
Day 5: Advanced Day 1 training - 3 dives
Day 6: Advanced Day 2 training - 2 dives; 1 fun dive
Day 7: 2 fun dives, certificate award and dismissal
*Diving schedule may change depending on the weather
*Specialty courses can be chosen and taken depending on participants' preferences.

Diving Rules
Additional Information
- Diving times may be adjusted depending on local sea conditions such as weather, waves, and tides.
- Scuba diving is not conducted during March and April each year due to low water temperatures.
*For beginners, we recommend joining dive courses from June to November when the water temperature is relatively warm.
- Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
- There is a spacious common area on the first floor where diving lessons can be held.
- Lunch is provided, and if desired, you may join staff and instructors for dinner.
*Dinner is charged separately, and additional fees may apply if you choose to participate.
- If you have any health issues, please inform us in advance.
- To ensure smooth lessons and scheduling, please make a reservation at least one week in advance.
Diving Training Project
* During the Master course, training will be held on land if the weather is poor.
Details of included services
- Equipment rental is included in all training packages.
- Hot-water showers and changing facilities are available.
- The shower area is equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels.
* Please bring personal items separately, such as spare underwear, swimsuit, rash guard, sunscreen, hair ties, towels, toothbrush, etc.

Transportation to/from the activity site (participants arrange their own transport)

Other local living expenses (overnight stays, dining out, transportation, etc.)
Travel insurance
* For participant safety, we recommend that individuals purchase travel insurance in advance. Scuba diving is classified as an extreme sport, so please check whether extreme sport coverage is included.
The project is located directly in front of the blue sea in Goseong, Gangwon Province, and is a specialized institution where you can professionally learn and enjoy scuba diving. With spacious and comfortable indoor and outdoor facilities of about 100 pyeong and a dedicated boat for divers, we do our best to make your stay in Goseong a special diving experience.
The accommodation is clean and located near the quiet harbor and beach in Goseong. You will stay in a private room so you won't experience any discomfort during your stay.
Lunch is provided so you can socialize with others, and if participants wish, for an additional fee they can enjoy dinner and drinks together with fellow divers. Also, if the weather and visibility are good, you can take part in a sunrise dive and experience the special moment of starting your day underwater.

Goseong in Gangwon Province, with clear water and beautiful mountains, is a quiet travel destination where the sea, nature, and peace come together. It's not crowded, making it perfect for relaxation, and you can find various attractions combining the blue sea, tranquil walking paths, and history and culture.
1. Hwajinpo
Hwajinpo is Goseong's representative attraction where the sea, lake, and forest blend together. The lake directly connected to the beach offers beautiful scenery, and you can also visit historical sites such as Kim Il-sung's villa and President Syngman Rhee's villa, making it a good destination for family trips.
2. Unification Observatory
This is the northernmost observatory in Gangwon Province where you can view the DMZ and North Korea. With wide-open views of the East Sea, you can sense the reality of the division, making it a meaningful visit. Entry requires carrying identification, so please check before visiting.
3. Songjiho Beach
A quiet, clean beach popular as a summer resort. Right next to the sea is a beautiful natural lake called Songjiho, so you can enjoy both the sea and the lake. It is also famous as a migratory bird habitat, making it great for nature watching.
