There are times when we go through difficult moments and are so exhausted that we don't even have the strength to stand. When such periods continue, wounds and pain become etched deep in our hearts, making us live as if they will never heal. These experiences can take root so deeply that recovery sometimes feels impossible. However, if you believe in yourself, you can find various ways to recover.
