Unleash Your Potential as a Designer or Marketer with Your Creativity!

This internship isn't just about limited design and promotion tasks, but rather a place where you can change things on your own, starting small. Imagine seasoning containers with stickers you designed, colleagues wearing T-shirts you drew, or promotional activities showcasing your unique creativity! Unleash your hidden potential as a designer or marketer. Because all tasks reflect changes brought about by participants, a passionate and proactive attitude is required.

PROGRAM ACTIVITIES

PROJECT ACTIVITIES

1. This project will be conducted in English.

English Requirement ★★★☆☆
Since the main activities involve working as a restaurant designer or marketing promoter, you need to be able to communicate freely with local residents, and participate in discussions for brainstorming and restaurant promotion. However, as long as you have enthusiasm and passion, that's OK!

2. You can choose your working hours from Monday to Friday (minimum 25 hours per week required).

3. The restaurant operates from Thursday 4 PM to midnight / Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 PM to midnight,

while the office operates from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Therefore, you can freely allocate your time to balance office and restaurant work according to your schedule.

1. Graphic Designer

Design the Wine Bar of Your Dreams

Are you looking for a chance to showcase your unique ideas? This is the place where your creative ideas are needed. Add your artistic touch to the Wine & Cheese Bar shown in the photos.

You can design your own wine labels or create a new menu featuring your own characters. Got another idea popping up? The Wine & Cheese Bar could be the perfect creative space for you, and your dream can soon come true in Australia.

Showcase Your Skills as a Graphic Designer

Working at the restaurant, wine bar, or cooking class, you'll get a feel for this place's unique vibe. You can revise the existing logo and business cards or create entirely new ones based on your own style. Design banners, logos, flyers, brochures, and business cards to communicate the right image to customers. Every time there's a new event, you can also create advertisements, brand images, and content to promote it effectively.

The website is the first point of contact with customers online. Editing and updating photos is also a key task. If you're talented in video production, creating promotional videos for the website and YouTube would be a great way to showcase your skills.

Grow by Working Together
In any organization, working with other teams is important. As a graphic designer, close collaboration with the marketing team is essential. By meeting with the marketing team members and expressing the messages and concepts they have in mind, you will also enhance your marketing skills.

Visit and study well-designed restaurants in the area to improve your skills. If you broaden your perspective on other fields, you will surely grow into a versatile graphic designer.

2. Promotional Marketer

What do people in our area like?

Let's create an online space where people can easily and quickly get information. You can utilize not only websites but also popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you write columns on vegetables or cooking or interesting articles about food, you can keep the local community's interest. Visiting and monitoring the websites and Facebook pages of restaurants that are getting good reviews from customers is also a great way to improve.

Please drop by occasionally

This space means more than just a restaurant. It's a place where local residents can drop by on their way home, chat, and share neighborhood news. Try to come up with new ways to make it easier and more attractive for people to visit. It's a great opportunity to develop groundbreaking and creative ideas with your team that no one else has thought of.

I am the face of this place!

External people form their image of the restaurant and cooking classes through meeting you. So, use your personal charm to maintain strong partnerships with cheese, wine, and food companies. Various private parties, events, and cooking classes are held here. These are all touchpoints where you can meet customers. Make the most of these brief but precious encounters to turn them into lifelong customers. After all, you are the face of this place!!

* This project is an unpaid internship.

* After the internship, you can receive a recommendation letter from the teacher (chef) running the cooking school.

* You can choose between working as a graphic designer or a promotional marketer, and

you can flexibly allocate your 25-hour work week according to your own schedule.

"The walls of the restaurant are filled with the chef's artistic sense."

PROGRAM LOCATION INTRODUCTION

LOCATION INTRODUCTION

Location:  Australia, Sydney

Sydney is a city that harmoniously blends two contrasting charms: its bustling, busy city center and the more relaxed, serene spots just a short walk away. The city center is vibrant and hectic, but if you walk about 15 minutes away, you'll find hidden places where you can enjoy a leisurely atmosphere. Whether it's professionals taking naps in Hyde Park in their suits, artists showcasing their work in Darling Harbour, or people sunbathing around the Opera House, everyone finds their own way to relax amidst the busy city life.

Heading to the outskirts, you'll find vast beaches that seem straight out of an advertisement, blending with the blue sky and the Atlantic Ocean. Especially from December to March, worldwide water sports enthusiasts flock to Manly and Bondi Beach, turning them into a paradise for surfing and yachting. If you are accustomed to a busy life, take this opportunity to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle Sydney has to offer!

Top 3 Recommended Travel Destinations by the Planner

1. Watsons Bay

Watsons Bay, a quiet and quaint village, is famous for its Gap Park with the famous 'Pippi' cliffs, making it a popular tourist spot. While Watsons Bay is a serene and peaceful waterfront, the opposite side features rugged waves and steep cliffs, offering a variety of attractions. The walking trail between the coastal cliffs provides breathtaking views, and the tall white lighthouse adds a touch of elegance, offering a majestic experience amidst tranquility. Don’t miss visiting 'Lady Bay,' a nude beach not found in Korea, and Robertson Park for a panoramic view of Sydney’s cityscape!

2. Darling Harbour

When you think of Sydney, Darling Harbour immediately comes to mind! Just a 10-minute walk from the city, Darling Harbour is a romantic harbor that locals and travelers alike adore. Once a beach where you could collect shells, it has now transformed into a bustling area with parks, shopping centers, theaters, aquariums, restaurants, and pubs. After a busy day, take a moment to visit Darling Harbour to soak in its atmosphere. Also, visit the Fish Market nearby to taste Sydney’s fresh seafood that melts in your mouth!

3. The Rocks

The Rocks is a symbolic area where Sydney’s old buildings are well-preserved, showcasing the city's transformation from past to present. Be sure to visit The Rocks Market, which only operates on weekends. It’s an attractive spot where you can discover the true essence of Australia. During the weekends, the area around Playfair Street and the northern end of George Street is bustling with tourists, locals, and vendors. You’ll have a unique opportunity to see glass artisans at work and taste diverse foods made by locals.
