PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Travel with multinational friends in South Africa! Experience exciting truck camping across southern Africa! Enjoy a unique truck journey! Operated directly by a local African organization, we visit places that showcase Africa's most pristine natural wonders. It's a continent that everyone should challenge themselves to visit at least once before they die. If you want to take on a once-in-a-lifetime challenge and experience unforgettable adventures, start your African truck journey now!
1. Experience the place where YOLO started with Youth Over Flowers! Make the most of your one and only life!
In 2017, the popular keyword was 'YOLO' (You Only Live Once). On travel variety shows, the popular 'Reply 1988' showed the 4 friends from Ssangmun-dong enjoying their youth to the fullest, along with showcasing how similar-aged international friends live their lives. What if you could experience the untouched, pristine nature of the world's oldest continent, Africa, by camping with friends from around the world and living a life for yourself?
You Only Live Once! Embrace new challenges and enjoy life to the fullest. That's true youth!
2. Enjoy 200% of the romance of outdoor camping under the starry Milky Way.
One of the greatest features of this project is the opportunity to camp in the great outdoors and fully appreciate the untouched natural beauty. Experience the starlit Milky Way and breathe in the fresh morning air of Africa! Imagine setting up tents and cooking over a fire in the surreal natural environment you've only seen in movies, with international friends around you. Doesn't it sound amazing? Make that imagination a reality now!
3. The ultimate African tour! Conquer the top 4 African countries.
Now that you've decided to go to Africa, you should make sure to visit all the major countries in Africa. This project includes some of the top destinations in Africa: South Africa, which is known for its world-leading wine production and charming European-style buildings, Namibia, a popular location for movies like <Mad Max: Fury Road>, <10000 BC>, and the TV series <The Prisoner: 2009>, Chobe National Park, and other destinations where you can experience true safaris in Africa, Botswana, known for its world’s largest salt pans and as one of the top three waterfalls destinations globally, and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. These are must-see places on your life bucket list that you should experience in person.
4. Fast, comfortable, and safe! With Gap Year, traveling Africa is a breeze!
Preparing for a trip to Africa involves a lot of considerations, such as camping, traveling between countries, meals, and safari tours. Especially since there isn't much information about African truck travel in the domestic market, it's understandable to feel anxious and worried. This project has been licensed by the African Travel Association and registered with the tourism boards of each country, ensuring that local professional tour directors handle everything and accompany you at all times. Therefore, as long as you follow the instructions and trust the process, you can enjoy a safe and thorough truck safari experience in Africa without any issues.
All you need to do is come with an excited heart for your African truck trip!
