1. A proven coaching staff with verified skills, made up of former professional athletes and A-level coaches.
The coaching staff of the soccer team has significant influence on the team. Even if a team is composed of highly skilled players, if the coaching staff's capability does not support them, the team may underperform. Conversely, even if the team is composed of less skilled players, good management by the coaching staff can lead to better-than-expected results. Thus, the coaching staff is crucial.
The coaching staff for this program is highly qualified. The head coach has 14 years of experience as a professional player and holds a UEFA-A license, the lead coach has about 20 years of experience including professional playing and coaching, and the director has a UEFA-B license with around 25 years of experience in youth soccer program management. Additionally, there are skilled coaching assistants who will train alongside you. The coaching staff are verified experts committed to enhancing your soccer skills.
*UEFA License: A coaching license required for professional coaches by UEFA, with levels such as Pro, A, and B.
2. Plenty of opportunities to debut as a player in European leagues!
Do you want to debut as a player in European leagues? Take advantage of the soccer showcase conducted in this program, as well as the professional clubs, international soccer scout agencies, and local soccer clubs associated with this organization!
During the biannual soccer showcase, you can fully display your skills and abilities to professional club scouts and representatives. If you catch the eye of a scout, you may be invited to participate in the club's entrance test. The entrance test increases your chances to showcase your abilities, and the format varies by club. Additionally, the program occasionally invites experts such as Premier League coaches and fitness trainers for special training. You can also join local soccer clubs for extra training and participate in regular league soccer. Utilize the various opportunities in the program to advance as a professional player!
