If you participate in the expert course, a certain level of English listening skills are required for an accurate understanding of yoga theory. However, since it is mainly physical activity, basic English conversation skills are sufficient for participation.
2. Upon completing the 4-week yoga instructor course, you will receive a certificate certified by the Indian Yoga Federation that allows you to teach yoga anywhere in the world.

This institution is an institution registered and certified by the world’s largest yoga organization (RYS: Registered Yoga School)

This course starts on the 15th of every month and you can learn a variety of yoga styles, from modern yoga to traditional yoga. You will learn traditional Indian yoga known as Hatha yoga and Sivananda yoga. You can also learn various dynamic types of yoga, such as Ashtanga yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Flow yoga, and Power yoga.
– 6 week yoga instructor course (300 hours)
Yoga therapy / Mental training / Yoga Sutra (Yoga Sutra) / Ayurveda / Prana
This course is a preliminary course on yoga therapy and healing techniques. You can learn the skills needed to learn yoga, how to treat specific diseases, and how to diagnose them. (200 hours of training + 100 hours of practice and assignments)
– 10 week yoga instructor course (500 hours)
This course is for those who complete the 200-hour (4 weeks) course and then complete the 300-hour training course together, thereby completing the RYT 500 (500 hours) certification course.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the most widely known of the yoga techniques, and most yoga commonly refers to Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga consists of postures (Asana) that involve bending and stretching the body and breathing techniques (Prinayama). Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga that emphasizes breathing and aims to achieve self-realization.
Pranayama (Yoga Breathing)
In yoga, breathing is as important as postures (asana). Pranayama is a type of meditation that realizes the origin of the universe through breathing, and has the effect of relieving stress and calming the mind.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a form of yoga that adds more physical strength to the yoga movements of general Hatha Yoga and effectively strengthens muscles. It focuses on maximizing the strength and energy of the body while also increasing flexibility, so you can also see the effect of weight training.

Accommodation Information
The accommodations are comfortable and overlook the Ganges River inside the ashram. It is a shared room.
For meals, three Ayurvedic meals are provided a day. All Ayurvedic ingredients are natural ingredients that help to achieve balance and harmony in the human body and are considered one of the best medical methods in the world.
-An additional charge of 200,000 won is incurred when selecting a single room.
-Since Rishikesh is a holy place for Hinduism, meat and alcohol are not sold.
During your stay at the yoga ashram, cleanse your body by abstaining from alcohol and controlling your diet!
