GapYear is a time for growth and happiness.

Hello~ Today I bring news about the gap year missions that gappers around the world are carrying out!
Today's gap year mission is
'Try unique and new foods that are special to the country/city where you're spending your gap year!'That's the mission.
What kinds of foods will there be? Which city's dishes will they be from? Curious? Let's go check them out~

The first dish is from the PhilippinesStudy English happily without stress — that's it!This is a dish tried by gapper Kim Hwiwon, who ran the project! It's shrimp marinated in curry, and she said it just tasted like shrimp. Since Southeast Asia is generally inexpensive, she said it was cheap, which she liked!

The second dish is also from the PhilippinesStudy English happily without stress — that's it!This is a dish tried by gapper Park Cho-hye, who ran the project~ It's a grilled chicken dish; it was a bit salty so she couldn't finish it, but she said it was tasty.

The third dish is from VietnamVietnam volunteer work for children with disabilities that brings hope to wounded childrenThis is the dish that gapper Jang Ji-eun, who is working on the project, tried! She took on a Vietnamese traditional dish called 'Cha La Lat'! This food wraps meat in fragrant leaves and fries it as is. The leaves have a distinctive aroma, so people sometimes eat it without any seasoning, and Jang Ji-eun seemed to really like it!

The fourth dish is from JapanStudy Japanese and even a working holiday — all at once! These are dishes sent by gapper Woo Hye-eun, who took part in the project. She didn’t include explanations, but she sent a lot of incredible food photos. Japanese cuisine suits Korean tastes, so just looking at it makes your eyes widen... I’ll show you more photos!

Wow... Japanese food really looks lovely even just in photos...
We’ll come back when gappers clear other missions! Some gappers challenged new foods through the missions and said their prejudices about certain foods were broken! Try it yourself too!
