    Grow

Relationships with the children deepen, and as roles become clearer, my sense of responsibility grows. By encountering other cultures, my worldview broadens and I discover my place and possibilities anew. Through classes, play, and projects, I naturally express myself and feel more alive. Vague concerns about my career gradually become more concrete, and I begin to connect what I like with what I’m good at. This experience starts to feel not like a mere 'visit' but like something that can become part of my life. I fully understand the operating methods and rules of the Vietnamese child education center. I learn to understand the children’s characteristics and behaviors and practice basic caregiving methods. I learn simple Vietnamese expressions and cultural etiquette. I feel small rewards in noticing the children’s small changes. I experience the small joy of sharing love with children with disabilities through my talents. My ability to communicate at the children’s eye level improves. I adapt quickly to new environments and develop flexibility and patience. I learn to respond positively even in unexpected situations. I feel my talents are put to more meaningful use through volunteering, and my role grows. Working with foreign friends and sharing cultures helps develop my communication and empathy. Using English in everyday conversation, I notice significant improvements in my speaking and listening skills. Meeting people from many countries broadens my perspective and expands my world. Thoughts about 'how I want to live' for my career and future life become more concrete. Writing, sharing stories, and participating in activities—ways of expressing myself—become natural. I learn concrete educational methods to support children's cognitive development.
