The names and logos of our company or our products and services displayed on this site are owned by us. We hold exclusive rights to use the Korea GapYear trademark and logo in Korea, and it is prohibited to use them without our prior consent and permission.
If you use a trademark or logo that is the same as or similar to ours without obtaining permission from us, we will take legal action, including civil and criminal penalties under the Trademark Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act (Article 93 of the Trademark Act, imprisonment for up to 7 years or a fine of up to 100 million KRW), as well as damage claims.
Using our or our products and services’ names and logos without our permission will result in punishment for 'violation of the Trademark Act.'
If you unduly benefit from our rights or cause confusion among consumers, you will be punished for 'violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.'
