Q. Please let us know your satisfaction with the projectPlease tell us. If you are satisfied, what did you like about it?
A. 9/10 points
It was similar to the Philippines but people were generally different in that different environment — the relationships with people there, the changed thoughts from volunteering, kindergarten volunteer work I had never even tried, activities helping friends with physical disabilities, trips I took with friends I met there, and with friends in VietnamThe memories we made made me feel prouder of myself, and I was very happy.When you get close with friends (especially Westerners)you can have a truly meaningful experience that money can''t buycan be had.
Q. Were there any changes in you after participating in this project?
A.After arriving in Vietnam, I initially struggled to adapt to Western friends and felt inwardly lonely, but seeing other Korean gappers get along well made me actively express myself, start conversations, and join in hanging out.They truly treated me as a friend regardless of nationality, and I became much more expressive than at the beginning.As time passed and my original friends left,I was able to adapt well and get close even when new friends arrived, soI think there was meaningful development in my relationships with people.
Q. Any final words you''d like to say?
A.When I need help from Gap Year, I would like to actively receive assistance.If there is a project I''m interested in, I want to improve and change more than last time.That''s why. I don''t remember the names, but thank you to the two people who counseled me: the director and another person...Thank you for giving me such a valuable experience.
