I liked being able to experience the Canadian family culture called ''demi-pair.''
It was a new and fascinating experience to live as a member of a Canadian family.

I recommend it because you can have many experiences that are hard to have in Asia.
Playing with the children,not only improved my English skills but also Canada''s culture and
I could learn the mindset of Canadianswhich was impressive.
Q. Have there been any changes in you after participating in this project?
A.
Caring for the cute and innocent children,made me feel more at peace.
Also,since a demi-pair lives more deeply within a family than a regular homestay,
it made me reflect on the things I usually passed over as trivialand think deeply about the meaning of family.
Q. Do you have any final comments you''d like to make?
A.
I was worried about going abroad alone, but
thanks to Korea Gap Year''s reliable and supportive care, I had an enjoyable gap year.
