Vancouver is known as one of Canada's most livable cities due to its safe public order and mild four-season climate. The city harmoniously combines modernity and nature, so you can enjoy both convenient facilities and clear natural surroundings at the same time. In Vancouver, even first-time travelers or students who feel uneasy about going alone can go with peace of mind!
The purpose of the English camp is to improve English skills. However, in environments with many Korean students, classes may be in English while daily life is in Korean. This camp, however, studies with friends from various countries such as Europe, South America, and Asia, and interacts with local Canadian friends during activities. Also, daily activities help you learn practical, living English!Think in English, play, and naturally make English100% your own!
The Canada Vancouver English camp provides opportunities for students to happily immerse themselves in English and strives to create an environment where various experiences are possible. In particular,because experienced teachers who have taught children are part of the team,they know well what students need and how to teach English.
Moreover, through a variety of weekly activities, the English learned in classcan be used directly in real life to gain confidence, andyou can also fully enjoy Vancouver's rich tourist attractions and create unforgettable memories with friends. During the camp, students live with Canadian locals in homestays. The host families carefully selected by the organization all use English, sostudents can continue to live in an environment that uses English even after classes end.Because they are exposed to English in every moment—speaking, listening, writing, and reading—their English skills grow faster.

When learning a language, I believe the most important thing is to learn the country's culture thoroughly and to use the language a lot in daily life. This camp satisfies all of those conditions.Through daily activities you'll get to know Vancouver, and on Sundays you'll spend time with your host family and truly learn Canadian culture.Also, because you study with friends from around the world and Canadian friends also participate,you use English 24 hours a day and can naturally become comfortable with the language.This project was created with the care I would give to sending my own younger sibling — I recommend it to you! |

▶ Youth Camp (ages 13–17)
Participants learn the English skills required for daily life in an environment that allows full immersion in the language. Through a variety of practical tasks they can expect rapid improvement, and with a structured curriculum in place, effective English study is possible. It can also be an opportunity for students preparing to study in Canada or the United States to experience the Canadian style of learning in advance.
Before the youth camp begins, a level test is conducted, and afternoon classes vary according to participants' English levels. During this time, participants learn communication skills and develop leadership abilities that are useful in life. Don't miss the chance to socialize with international friends from around the world and grow as a global leader!

This English camp offers the chance to create special memories in Vancouver, Canada, together with friends from around the world. Through fun and enjoyable activities, participants can experience local Canadian culture and improve their English skills.

Teachers experienced in working with children lead age-appropriate classes, allowing students to effectively develop speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills, and to quickly become comfortable using English by applying what they learn in class to everyday life.

02 Capilano Suspension Bridge
The Capilano Suspension Bridge spans the Capilano River and is about a 30-minute trip from downtown Vancouver by public transportation. Boasting a length of 137 m and a height of 70 m, the bridge was built in 1889 and is a popular attraction visited by many tourists each year. Enjoy Vancouver's great outdoors from the swaying suspension bridge!
03 Stanley Park
Stanley Park is an urban park where you can experience Vancouver's most beautiful natural scenery. As one of the largest urban parks in North America, it is even larger than New York's Central Park. To see the whole park, you can rent a bicycle at the park entrance, take a carriage tour, or ride a miniature train. Relax and enjoy a leisurely break in the park surrounded by the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.

If you have difficulty paying in full, please prepay the registration fee of KRW 500,000 and pay the remaining balance within 2 weeks. From the date the registration fee is paid, the process to confirm project participation will begin, and we will check whether participation is possible and the number of available spots. To participate on your desired date and period, securing your spot quickly is important! (Non-refundable once participation is confirmed)

■ Early Bird Discount and Urgent Application Information
All gap year projects require normal application procedures and a gap year preparation period, so projects are recommended to be applied for at least three months before the project start date.and,as a rule, applications should be submitted no later than two months prior.However, if there are unavoidable reasons or you urgently need to join a project, you can pay an additional fee for the urgent-application service and we will assist with expedited processing as much as possible.
*We do our best to expedite the processing, but there is inherently time required for communication with local organizations and for confirming participation. Since all procedures proceed the same as for regular participants, those using the urgent-application service must actively cooperate with the Korea Gap Year operations team.
