What makes this project special
■ Installment Payment Information
If it is difficult to pay in full, you can prepay a registration fee of 500,000 KRW and pay the remaining balance within two weeks. Based on the date the registration fee is paid, we will proceed with the process to confirm project participation and check availability and openings (TO). To participate on your desired date and period, securing your spot quickly is important! (No refunds once participation is confirmed.)
* However, if the start date is imminent, the schedule for paying the remaining balance may vary depending on the situation.
■ Urgent Application Information
We recommend applying for all Gap Year projects at least 3 months before the project start date to allow for normal processing and preparation; as a rule, applications should be submitted no later than 2 months prior. However, if you have unavoidable circumstances or need to join a project urgently, you can pay an additional fee for the urgent application service, and we will assist with expedited processing as much as possible.
* We assist with expedited procedures as much as possible, but there is basic time required for communication with local organizations and for confirming participation, and all procedures proceed the same as for regular participants. Therefore, those using the urgent application service must actively cooperate with the Korea Gap Year operations team.

- Provided services: automatic registration for Gap Year missions and notes / full provision of orientation (OT) materials immediately upon confirmation of participation / additional emergency staffing / support in preparing documents if needed, etc.

** Note: For super-urgent applications, there may be no availability (TO) depending on local circumstances, and subsequent procedures will proceed according to the Gap Year refund policy. Also, any problems resulting from the participant's lack of cooperation are the participant's responsibility.
