






■Early-bird Discount and Urgent ApplicationInformation
We recommend that applications for all Gap Year projects be submitted at least 3 months before the project start date to allow for normal processing and Gap Year preparations; as a rule, applications should be submitted no later than 2 months before the start date. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances or you need to join a project urgently, we can assist with expedited processing through our urgent application service for an additional fee.
*We are assisting with the fastest possible processing, but there is basic time required for communication with local organizations and for confirming participation, and because all procedures proceed the same as for regular participants,participants using the urgent application service must actively cooperate with the Korea Gap Year operations teamto do so.
**Applicants who apply at least 180 days before the start date are eligible for an early-bird discount.

**Note: For extremely urgent applications, there may be no available slots depending on local conditions, and subsequent procedures will proceed according to Gap Year refund policies.Also,any problems caused by the participant's lack of cooperation are the participant's responsibility.



Notes
1. For this program,3-4 monthsIt is recommended that you apply with about this much lead time.
2. A passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining beyond the program activity period is required.
3. After the program is confirmed, refunds due to participants' personal circumstances are not permitted.
4. Participants are considered to have agreed to the Gap Year refund policy upon applying for the project.
5. This project is subject to the refund policy. If you cancel before your project participation is confirmed, a full 100% refund is available; if you cancel after confirmation, a cancellation fee will be charged. For details about refunds,Gap Year Refund PolicyPlease refer to it.
6. Project schedules and content may change depending on local circumstances (transportation, weather changes, etc.) or the situation of local organizations, and may be reduced or altered if unavoidable.
