Italy Learn regional specialty dishes
All cooking classes use fresh local ingredients and are led by chefs specializing in traditional Italian cuisine. Italy has dishes with distinctive characteristics in each region, and through this project you can learn and taste a variety of recipes that showcase regional specialties.
Additional class: Visit to a local market and ingredient selection methods
You will visit a local Italian market with the chef to learn how to choose and select fresh ingredients for the cooking classes.

The organization running this project began 10 years ago by inviting people interested in cooking to visit Italy and hosting meals for them. The school's founder became captivated by Tuscan cuisine over time, and from then on, with passion, established a cooking school to teach more people how to make Italian food.Participants learn traditional Italian dishes that can only be learned in Italy under the instruction of passionate professional chefs, and participate in wine and winery toursThey may also do so.
Participants in this project can enjoy a special stay in houses where former noble families once lived in the Siena region of Italy. The interiors of these houses—with their antique, ornate furnishings—as well as the kitchens and dining rooms retain their original appearance.

You can experience a unique night unlike any other, and there are several houses with different charms, so participants can choose the house that suits their taste. In addition, there are various nearby amenities and attractions such as swimming pools, equestrian centers, and vineyards/wineries, so in the afternoons after cooking classes you can have an enjoyable time with friends.
Participants staying in the project for three days or more can apply for accommodation at an additional cost.
