This project takes place in Jeonju, a city with traditional culture and beautiful nature. I can work as an intern at a local village business, join projects that match my interests and strengths, and gain career experience.
1. Learn about the process of turning your own idea into a project.
There are more possibilities in the area than you might think. Ordinary farm produce from the village can become special products, and farms can change into spaces that offer relaxation for people. Village businesses create new value based on local resources and people's ideas. Through this internship, you can start a small project with your own idea, develop products and content, and learn how to interact with customers and manage operations.Start a project that brings energy to the community using local farm products, from product development to planning experience programs, promotion, and sales, beginning with small ideas. If you want to create your own small brand or store someday, this will be a great opportunity.
2. Experience various tasks at local village businesses.
You can gain various experiences and learn at Jeonju village businesses. Learn how local farm products are made into a single product, and participate in different activities like cooking, education, and healing programs. You will not just learn office work at a desk, but also feel nature, create things with your hands, and discover the joy of working with different people. If you have been interested in local specialties or branding, this will be an even more special experience.Discover what you love as you experience different tasks and find new interests.
3. Experience meaningful moments where your work helps someone.
While earning money and learning new skills through work, sometimes I feel even more rewarded knowing my work helps someone. At Jeonju's village businesses, you can experience this reward up close. You will run healing programs for people needing rest in nature and create new products using local farm produce, helping farms and the local economy. You will also plan and operate programs for vulnerable groups who lack education and experience opportunities, helping various people gain new experiences. With the programs I prepare with care, I might see someone having a fun time, a product we created getting a good response from customers, or someone who participated in education gaining a new learning opportunity. Experience where what I can do meets helping society. Work with people in Jeonju and discover new meaning and reward in work.
