What I'm bringing on this trip is not a souvenir, but a bottle I made myself. Enjoy barbecue and makgeolli prepared with seasonal ingredients amidst the slow scenery of Paju, and slowly unwind your day in front of the campfire and music. The next day, I will think of my favorite tastes and aromas, and brew my own makgeolli and give it a name. It's a short 1-night and 2-day trip, but it's a time to create special memories beyond just eating and resting.

Program Introduction

Program image 1
Program image 2

1. Take a break from your busy life and relax slowly in Paju.
Escape the city and explore the local spaces of Paju, experiencing the local ingredients and rural landscapes. Instead of rushing around to several places, this is a trip to stay in one place and spend the day slowly.
Walk through unfamiliar neighborhoods, enjoy delicious food together, and feel the night air of Paju while listening to music around a campfire at night.
This trip is not about doing a lot. It's a time to slow down and experience the daily life of Paju up close.

2. Enjoy Paju's seasonal foods and makgeolli along with a campfire.
The first evening is not just a meal time but one of the important experiences of this trip.
Taste the barbecue prepared with Paju's seasonal ingredients along with makgeolli, and after the meal, enjoy the campfire and music.
You can chat with participants around the campfire or quietly watch the flames. The combination of the rural night sky and warm lights provides a sense of tranquility that is hard to find in the city.
Through a meal and a glass of makgeolli, you will naturally remember the seasons and atmosphere of Paju.

3. The next day, try brewing makgeolli that reflects your own taste.
After breakfast, move to the brewing space and think about the flavors of the makgeolli you like.
Decide on the direction you want, such as sweet, refreshing, or rich taste, then handle the ingredients directly and brew the makgeolli.
In the end, give a name to the makgeolli you made and leave a short story. The tangible results of your efforts will help the memories of your trip last longer.
The food and night of Paju, along with the makgeolli I brewed myself, come together to complete the story of a 1-night, 2-day trip.

Eat well, relax comfortably, and in the end, try brewing your own makgeolli.
