1 Step

4Week

I realized how each moment of experience helped me grow. Through practicing imagining the next step and checking my path, the direction to move forward became clearer. Based on my experiences, I completed my own resume and portfolio and gained confidence. I reflected on the path I have walked so far and set concrete future goals. Looking back, I feel deeply moved. I feel a deep sense of fulfillment that I have forged my own path in life. I feel strong pride in myself for overcoming difficulties and growing. I dispelled vague fears about the future and began to look forward to a new beginning. I gained new insight into using past experiences as a foundation for the future. By discovering and acknowledging inner changes, my capacity for self-compassion deepened. By objectively analyzing myself and identifying my strengths, my ability for self-reflection improved. My ability to connect lessons learned from experience to my actual career has been strengthened. As the agent of my life, I set clear goals and developed a proactive attitude toward moving forward.

Information

The gap year completion mission isa process of reflecting on and organizing the journey so faris..It is a time to look back on everything experienced during that period, to feel, to learn, and to have changeda time for deep self-reflectionIt will be a time for that. This process focuses on organizing the positive changes the gap year has brought to you and on defining your future direction.

At the end of the gap yearthe lessons you've learned, what you've felt, and your future goalsare clarified to greatly assist in preparing for a new beginning. As you organize the experiences and learnings you've accumulated during your gap year one by one, we hope you will summarize the valuable lessons and values you've gained and have the opportunity to record them in a resume or portfolio.

It will be a time to reflect on how you have grown and to concretize how that will affect your future life. Through this mission, review the path you have walked, set the direction to move forward, and prepare for a new start. Everything you have gained through your gap year will surely become a great strength and asset in your future life.

The gap year completion mission has the following three objectives.

1. Organize the process of growth

Reflect on the experiences and feelings accumulated during your gap year and carefully summarize how and how much you have grown. Compare your starting point with now to see what thoughts and behaviors you currently hold. By listing the skills you learned, the challenges you overcame, and the new values and experiences you discovered, you can see how you have changed, identify areas of further growth, and understand how you will continue to evolve.

2. Design the direction to move forward

Based on the life direction and wisdom gained through the gap year, concretize your goals and plans. This is a time to consider how the expectations and dreams you had when you started the gap year align with who you are now, and to design the path you should take going forward. Focus on the passions or interests you discovered during the gap year and clearly envision what you want to accomplish in your future life and how to do it. This process will greatly help you design your own path and prepare to put it into practice.

3. Develop your career and complete your resume/portfolio

Organize all the experiences and learnings you accumulated during your gap year into your own resume or portfolio. Activities abroad, projects you took on, and skills acquired in new environments are important assets that will enrich your career. Specifically organize the items you can add to your resume or portfolio and use this to lay the foundation for designing your future career. The lessons and achievements gained from your gap year will be a powerful tool to showcase your strengths to the world.

The 'Completion' mission is a program prepared to help your valuable gap year time be well concluded. It is designed so that by carefully completing the provided assignments step by step, you can build your own impressive gap year portfolio.

These are key missions to help you record your gap year more systematically and accurately, so quickly work through them one by one. If you complete these missions well, these records will help you retain the passion and energy you gained during your gap year even after time passes.
