Confidence is the belief in oneselfIt means.Believing in and following through with one's abilities, values, judgments, thoughts, and actionsIt is. A confident person"I can do it."Based on that belief, they take on challenges positively even in difficult situations. Also, even in situations where fear of failure arises, they choose a positive perspective and proceed step by step.
However, people who have lost confidence difficulties encountered in life, past failures, comparisons with others, and negative feedbackoften lose their confidence because of these."I am not enough."or"I can't do it."Such negative thoughts make one withdraw and cause them to miss new challenges or opportunities.
The Confidence Mission was created to practice these processes. Rather than focusing on one's failures one's positive experiencesincrease them, practice believing in oneselfis cultivated. Through this, confidence should become a foundational way of thinking deeply rooted in one's life, not merely an attitude.
The Confidence Mission is structured as follows.
1. Acknowledge and accept myself
This mission is prepared to help you acknowledge and accept yourself. Even if we choose positivity and make efforts, those processes do not build confidence when proper recognition of oneself has not been achieved. The mission aims to accept oneself as one is. It is a process of finding and feeling the various aspects you have, accepting not only strengths but also weaknesses. As you carry out the missions, they develop into opportunities to trust yourself. Rather than comparing, blaming, or criticizing, you respect your unique values and characteristics. You acknowledge and accept yourself with the mindset of "This is who I am."
2. Take on new challenges in order
To build confidence, it is important to accumulate experiences of success starting with small things and following an order. The missions consist of new challenges; set achievable goals and execute them in sequence. Through ways of life different from usual, you can challenge and act in various areas. The missions focus on actions rather than results, and the many thoughts you experience while trying something will remain as positive outcomes and settle into a belief in yourself.
3. Positive Evaluation and Believing in Myself
To increase confidence, it is important to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude toward yourself. Practicing self-belief through a positive and optimistic mindset is key to strengthening confidence. Recognize your efforts, from small to large, and cultivate the habit of praising yourself. This is designed to help you recall the feeling of trusting yourself and give positive feedback to yourself. Instead of relying on others' evaluations, create your own criteria for believing in yourself, evaluate yourself according to those standards, and encourage yourself. Through the mission's processes, various successes and positive thoughts accumulate to build greater confidence.
