Grow

I feel rewarded seeing students change, and I think, “I can do anything from now on.” I plan lesson content and methods myself, receive feedback and improve, and my teaching skills actually increase. Teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds, I develop an attitude of understanding and respecting differences. My teaching experience becomes “my story,” which is a great help when I think about my career after returning home. I come to believe in myself, and the feeling that “there is a path I should take as a teacher” naturally takes root. I learn the skills to plan and conduct lessons directly by collaborating with local teachers. By making completely different efforts in a new environment, I experience personal growth. I develop ways to identify students’ individual characteristics and provide tailored instruction. I become proficient at building relationships by interacting with students outside of class time. I gain a sense of accomplishment from students’ positive reactions to the classes I led. Experiencing Romania’s beautiful nature and culture brings healing and a sense of ease. I gain the pleasure of building deep bonds with local students. My practical ability to solve problems in the educational field improves. Working and communicating with diverse people develops my teamwork skills. I become more proactive as I plan and execute on my own. As I made efforts to understand the children, my relationships with students naturally deepened. As I spent more time thinking about how to improve the quality of my lessons, my problem-solving ability became more flexible. By adjusting lessons to match tendencies and levels, I learned that “education is ultimately about understanding people.” Experiencing diverse cultures in Europe broadened my perspective on life. The experiences gained inside and outside the classroom provide an unshakable foundation for whatever path I take in the future.

2. Turda Salt Mine
A wondrous world hidden underground, the Turda Salt Mine is a rare Romanian attraction boasting 2,000 years of history. Located 120 meters below the surface, it was used as a salt mine since the Middle Ages and later served as a cheese storage facility and shelter after World War II. Today, it draws visitors with attractions such as an amphitheater, a salt lake, and an underground amusement park.

A renowned Romanian resort known as the 'Pearl of the Carpathians.' Sinaia is a town situated on the slopes of the Carpathian Mountains with a strong medieval atmosphere, featuring the famous Peles Castle, historic fortresses, and the Sinaia Monastery.
