This project is about learning English in Leeds, UK, alongside friends from around the world. With a focus on practical English education, you'll study speaking, listening, writing, and reading evenly, which will help you build both your English skills and confidence.
■ English Classes
- Classes start every Monday.
- On the first day of class, there will be an orientation for new students, including a level test, introduction to the institution, and campus tour.
- Classes will be held for 20 hours per week, focusing on the fundamentals of English, including speaking, listening, writing, reading, and grammar.
- You'll study with friends from various countries, and each class will have an average of 10 students or fewer.

It is actively pursuing visions such as '24-hour European city' and 'northern capital development,' and is currently a thriving hub for industries such as engineering, printing and publishing, food and beverage, and chemicals and healthcare. Additionally, it is renowned for its financial, insurance, and legal services. It is considered one of the most eco-friendly cities in the UK.
Roundhay Park
Roundhay Park in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is one of the largest city parks in Europe. It features a zoo, lakes, and a golf club, among other attractions. The park's lush green lawns and trees create a healing landscape that is a visual delight.
Leeds Castle
Known as 'the most lovable castle in the world,' Leeds Castle was once the residence of medieval English queens and is associated with Henry VIII. The castle, situated in the middle of a lake, is surrounded by a botanical garden, a zoo, and small themed gardens and mazes, making a visit to Leeds Castle even more enjoyable.
Leeds Kirkgate Market
As Europe's largest indoor traditional market, Leeds Kirkgate Market is a historic landmark established in the 1800s. With its vast scale, it hosts a variety of shops, including butchers and fishmongers, making it a lively place frequented by locals. It offers a vibrant experience of a traditional market.
Victoria Leeds
Victoria Leeds is a prominent shopping arcade known for its beautiful architecture. Recognized as one of the most beautiful shopping streets in the UK, it features a stunning stained-glass ceiling that enhances its luxurious appeal. Victoria Leeds is composed of two connected shopping malls: 'Victoria Quarter' and 'Victoria Gate.' Victoria Quarter houses high-end brands, making it ideal for window shopping. Victoria Gate, which was added later, features new and emerging brands.

■ Payment Information
If you are unable to pay the full amount upfront, you can pay a registration fee of 500,000 won in advance and settle the remaining amount within 2 weeks. The project participation confirmation process will begin based on the date of the registration fee payment, and availability will be checked. To secure your desired date and duration, early booking is important! (No refunds once confirmed)
* Note that if the start date is approaching, the payment schedule for the remaining amount may vary.
■ Early Bird Discount and Emergency Application
We recommend applying for all Gap Year projects at least 3 months before the project start date to allow for normal processing and preparation. Applications should be made no later than 2 months before the start date. However, if you need to apply urgently due to unavoidable circumstances, you can pay an additional fee for expedited processing.
* While we will assist with expedited processing, there is a basic amount of time needed for communication with the local organization and confirmation of participation. Emergency applications are handled in the same manner as regular applications, so participants should actively cooperate with the Gap Year operations team.
** Applicants who apply 180 days or more before the start date are eligible for an early bird discount.
