PROJECT ACTIVITIES

This project in London, a city where 2000 years of European history meets cutting-edge trends, focuses on communication-based English learning. The curriculum is designed to enhance speaking confidence by practicing basic skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, as well as accurate grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Classes are conducted using carefully vetted textbooks and digital materials, with a focus on effective and precise communication.

Engage actively in English through individual and group mini-projects and presentations, with assignments and tests given weekly to help reinforce what you’ve learned. Additionally, daily free speaking classes will help address weaknesses and further enhance your speaking skills, while also allowing interaction with classmates from other groups. Classes are organized by level, from beginner to advanced, allowing each student to build on their strengths and address their weaknesses. Anyone, regardless of their English level, can participate comfortably.

Project Schedule

- Option A: Basic morning classes provided (15 hours per week, Monday-Friday)

- Option B: Morning + afternoon classes (30 hours per week, Monday-Friday)

Time Class Type
Morning Class (09:00–12:00) Option A (Mon–Fri) Option B (Mon–Fri)
Afternoon Class (12:30–15:30)

* This is a sample schedule for understanding purposes and may vary depending on local circumstances.

* Each class includes a 15-minute break.

Additional Information on Activities

- Every Monday is the start of the project, and you can join on the desired schedule.

- Depending on your choice, you can participate in 15 lessons or 30 lessons per week (Monday-Friday).

- On the first day of the project, you'll receive an orientation and level test locally, and be assigned to a class. You'll also receive a welcome pack that includes an activity calendar, school information, and important notes.

- Classes are held in small groups with a maximum of 16 students, ensuring a comfortable and bright atmosphere.

- Classes will not be held on public holidays and during the year-end holidays.

■ Planner's Tips!

Option A (15 hours per week) is recommended for those who want to study English while engaging in various activities. You can complete your English studies in the morning and use the remaining time for travel, work, or other activities!

On the other hand, Option B (30 hours per week) combines morning and afternoon classes, allowing more class time to address any deficiencies and invest more time in learning English. It's ideal for those who want to rapidly improve their English skills in a short period.

Similar to Korea's rechargeable transport cards, students can apply for an Oyster Card if registered with a London educational institution for more than 14 weeks, and receive a 30% discount on transportation costs. (*Application fee is additional)

■ English Proficiency Needed ☆☆☆☆☆

This project is open to complete beginners who want to become familiar with English, as well as advanced learners looking to enhance their skills. Classes are organized from beginner to advanced levels, so after a level test, you'll be placed in the most suitable class. Just bring your enthusiasm for learning English!

* For those with no prior experience in learning English (absolute beginners), 1:1 classes are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for detailed information if interested.

The UK is a place familiar to us through many movies and dramas. The capital, London, is a hub for politics, economics, culture, and transportation, and is considered one of the top three global cities along with New York and Tokyo.
