Kenya e-Visa Application Process
Kenya offers an e-Visa system that simplifies the visa application process for travelers from most countries. Follow these steps to apply for your e-Visa:

- Create an Online Account
- Visit the official Kenya e-Visa website: http://evisa.go.ke.
- Click on "Create an account" and complete the registration process.
- Log in and Select Immigration Services
- After logging in, choose "Department of Immigration Services" from the menu.
- Submit an Application
- Select "Submit Application" to begin the process.
- Choose the Visa Type
- Single Entry Visa (for short stays, business, or tourism).
- Transit Visa (for stays under 72 hours).
- Courtesy Visa (for official or diplomatic purposes).
- Options include:
- For general visitors, choose the Single Entry Visa unless transiting.
- Review Requirements and Instructions
- Carefully read the instructions and requirements for the chosen visa type.
- Prepare Required Documents
- Invitation letter from the host company or business sponsor.
- Copy of the company’s registration.
- Additional documents may vary depending on your purpose of travel.
- Submit the following documents (examples for business visitors):
- For tourism, you may need accommodation details and proof of return travel.
- Fill Out the Application Form
- Personal information.
- Passport details.
- Travel dates and purpose of visit.
- Contact and accommodation details in Kenya.
- Provide accurate details, including:
- Double-check all information to avoid errors or rejections.
- Pay the Visa Fee
- Use a valid credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard).
- Receive and Print Your e-Visa
- Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Log in to your account to download and print the e-Visa.
- Present the e-Visa at Entry
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months).
- Proof of accommodation and return travel.
- Other supporting documents as required.
- Upon arrival in Kenya, present your printed e-Visa, along with:
