If you've been living so busily that you've even forgotten to breathe, try emptying your mind through yoga, where you can fully concentrate on yourself.
Journey to Discovering Your True Inner Self!
Yoga is a holistic practice combining meditation, breathing, and stretching for mental and physical cultivation.
Therefore, yoga differs from regular exercise in its focus on training both the body and mind.
"Through meditation, you can change your attitude, emotions, and state of mind at any time."
By refining the mind and practicing controlled breathing, you can effectively meditate and become aware of your emotions and body.
After completing any yoga session, negative thoughts that were in your mind will disappear, allowing you to face a brighter and renewed self!
Benefits of the Jangheung Yoga Program!
First, it allows for healing of the mind.
It helps release negative emotions within and brings peace to the mind.
Second, it helps confront your inner self.
It provides time within your mind to have a conversation with yourself and learn more about who you are.

By relaxing the body and mind, it aids in alleviating insomnia, a common issue among modern people.
Yoga offers a journey to a deep state of relaxation that is not easily experienced in daily life!
Shall we embark on a journey where we can focus solely on ourselves?
What makes this institution special?
It is Korea's first yoga community and continues the authentic tradition of yoga in Korea. Here, you can learn not only yoga poses but also essential aspects such as proper breathing techniques and mindset required for practicing yoga. Moreover, it's a place where you can study purification methods and yoga theory. Unlike modern yoga, which often emphasizes only the physical aspects, here you can learn to breathe calmly and become aware of your current state, getting closer to authentic yoga. Especially popular are meditation techniques that focus on achieving rapid relaxation and rest for the entire body, lingering between wakefulness and sleep. We are offering separate workshops dedicated to learning these techniques due to their popularity.

■ Recommended Travel Destinations
1. Seonhak-dong Village
Seonhak-dong Village is a place where fields of flowers bloom abundantly with each season: rapeseed flowers in spring and buckwheat fields in autumn. Among photographers, the wide-open view of the Deokryangman Bay and, in warm spring, the village covered with rapeseed flowers, and in autumn, the beautiful scenery of clear wind and blue sky covering the lower village with buckwheat flowers, are famous. The paths through the rapeseed and buckwheat fields are well-maintained for pleasant strolls, and adorned with charming pavilions for relaxation. Walking between these flower fields, which have a distinct charm from lush forests, will naturally lift your spirits and make you feel as cozy as being in a grandmother's embrace.
2. Cheongwansan
Cheongwansan, one of the five famous mountains in Honam, is named for its variously shaped granite rocks that resemble jewels adorning the ridges like a royal crown. Though the height of the mountain is 723 meters, not that high, the entire mountain is composed of rocks that soar toward the sky, adding to its grandeur. Climbing the mountain reveals a panoramic view of the South Sea, resembling an oriental painting, and showcases diverse beautiful scenes throughout the seasons. In spring, it features fresh green leaves and red azalea forests, while in autumn, vast silver grass fields are particularly stunning. Especially in October, the Cheongwansan Silver Grass Festival celebrates the peak season of silver grass, where the undulating waves of silver grass sing songs of autumn from early October to late autumn, harmonizing with the sun and moon.
3. Cypress Forest Woodland
Jeongnamjin Cypress Forest Woodland is located in a spacious 100-hectare area of Jangheung-gun's Eokbulsan, nestled within a cypress forest aged over 60 years. It features eco-friendly architecture for experiencing ecological construction, a wooden culture experience center for learning and experiencing all aspects of timber culture, and a barrier-free deck road called Mallegil connecting to the summit of Eokbulsan. It includes Healing Forest, a place for healing and relaxation, and Cypress Salt House, an infrared therapy facility made solely from cypress trees and natural sea salt. Particularly abundant with phytoncides, the cypress trees create an ideal environment for healing and leisure.
