The organization running this project is a culinary school visited by students from various nationalities to learn cooking skills. It offers participants the opportunity to learn the art of baking and pastry from experienced chefs with extensive careers in the field.

The school aims to become the best pastry arts school in Asia and provides diverse culinary education to help students become pastry chefs. It operates with a high-focus management system, ensuring that students receive individualized training from chefs. Additionally, the school invites chefs with international experience in the culinary field to provide specialized practical training. The school strives to offer students opportunities to experience Malaysian food culture by visiting restaurants in Malaysia.

The institution is designed to ensure that over 90% of classes take place in the kitchen, and it employs a faculty of world-class chefs. The focus is on practical learning rather than theoretical, and the school is committed to managing and guiding students individually.

    Accommodation

    Gap Year Project Italy

    - Participants can freely choose accommodation in the program location that suits their preferences and budget.

    - For participants who have difficulty finding accommodation, Korea Gap Year can recommend nearby accommodations (guesthouses / hotels) close to the program location.

    ■ Homestay

Homestay allows students to stay with a local family in the host country, providing an opportunity to learn about the country's culture and language. By living with the family, participants can enhance their language skills through communication and gain an understanding of the local lifestyle, values, and cultural practices.

    ■ Guesthouse

Guesthouses are accommodations where kitchens, bathrooms, and showers are shared among guests. Rooms are typically assigned for 4, 6, or 8 people, allowing multiple friends to stay together. Staying in a guesthouse during short trips abroad provides opportunities to meet various travelers and exchange stories and travel information.

    ■ Apartment Share

Apartment sharing involves renting a house with 5-6 other international students and living together. Depending on the condition of the house, you can choose a private room or share a room with one friend. Unlike homestays, apartment sharing does not involve living with a family, so chores like cooking, cleaning, and laundry are shared among roommates. This arrangement allows you to interact with friends from various countries.
