PROGRAM INTRODUCTION

PROJECT INTRODUCTION

This project is a childcare volunteer project in Vietnam, where volunteers care for children in orphanages and assist teachers.
We invite you to a place where children's mischief turns into loveliness.
Vietnam is famous for its high educational fervor. Education is one of the key factors leading the society's development. However, due to the shortage of teachers to handle the increasing number of children, it is difficult to properly care for them. If you have a heart that can laugh with children more than any talent, please share it with us! That single heart will be the driving force to help Vietnamese children grow both physically and emotionally.

" I feel like I've returned fully charged with love after spending time with the children just like the project's name suggests.

Being recognized like this has boosted my confidence and self-esteem a lot, and I feel like I can live my life confidently from now on. Initially, I used to feel awkward and hesitant in unfamiliar situations, but now I confidently approach new volunteers, greet them, and enjoy playing and laughing with the children more often. When you first arrive, you might find it challenging to adjust, especially to the longer lunch breaks compared to what we're used to, but other international volunteers can help you make the most of that time according to your preferences, so keep that in mind "

PROGRAM LOCATION INTRODUCTION

LOCATION INTRODUCTION

LOCATION:   VIETNAM, Hanoi

When staying in Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, one can often feel transported back in time, reminiscent of our country's history. Like South Korea, which has overcome the pains of war to achieve remarkable growth, Vietnam too has steadily grown economically since the war. However, it remains a place where many still require assistance due to inadequate social infrastructure. Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, boasts numerous historical landmarks, blending European-influenced culture from its French colonial past. Local scenes include restaurants serving pho, street vendors selling tropical fruits while wearing traditional Vietnamese hats, and open-air cafes serving Vietnamese coffee. Despite these picturesque scenes, what truly leaves a lasting impression are the people themselves. Amidst the bustling streets filled with motorcycles and cars, it may seem lawless, yet residents manage to uphold their order, portraying a city with sincere and resilient individuals.
