PROJECT INTRODUCTION
This project allows you to improve your English skills through a well-structured and robust curriculum in Brisbane, a city with a lively and free-spirited atmosphere as diverse as its people. Overcome your fear of speaking English and gain the confidence to converse in this vibrant city, harmoniously blending with the beauty of nature.
Brisbane, often called 'Brissie' by locals, is one of Australia's top three cities, known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you take in the city views from the ferris wheel by the Brisbane River or simply enjoy the sight of the wheel itself, you can appreciate Brisbane's beauty. The Brisbane River, with cruise ships passing by, alongside a sandy beach and a vibrant scene, offers a unique, leisurely experience. Brisbane is an ideal city for students who want to study English while enjoying a relaxed travel experience in a city with a mild climate.
At an English language school in Brisbane, you will meet friends from 30 different countries and study English together. To effectively improve students' conversational skills, the school operates small classes and provides thorough student management. After class, you can participate in free activities, including grammar, conversation, and even pop songs. The school has an English-only policy, ensuring that only English is spoken on campus, helping students become accustomed to using English regularly.
Students studying English in Australia can reduce their tuition and living expenses by working part-time according to their English proficiency level. As of June 2022, Australia offers the highest minimum wage in the world, at $21.38 AUD, or approximately 19,463 KRW. This allows students to comfortably cover living expenses with part-time work. Students with a student visa are automatically enrolled in health insurance (OSHC) and receive the same medical benefits as Australian residents. Additionally, students can study English on a working holiday visa, using the work environment to naturally practice English, improving their skills more quickly.
Hold on! Previously, student visa holders in Australia were only allowed to work 40 hours every 2 weeks. |
Australia is the only country in the world that maintains a national accreditation system for English education. The country continuously strives to deliver high-quality education, enhancing the effectiveness of English learning for students. As a multicultural nation with a long history of immigration, Australia has been offering English education to immigrants for many years, adopting various teaching methods to rapidly improve students' and immigrants' English skills.
As the only country that's also a continent, Australia offers numerous leisure activities, including surfing, golf, and marine sports. Brisbane's main tourist attractions include the South Bank artificial beach, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, Mount Coot-tha Lookout, and the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, among many others worth visiting. Popular nearby travel destinations include the Gold Coast to the south, a city known as a surfers' paradise, and the Sunshine Coast to the north, Australia's top holiday destination and a favorite for honeymoons and relaxation.
