#Broke out of old patterns and grew #Gained experience communicating with diverse people #Felt the charm of London's park culture

First, spending an extended time in the country you wanted to be in becomes an enjoyable and happy experience every moment.Among those, the times spent meeting and being with local friends are the most memorable.Even if the language isn''t fluent, I was moved by the sense of connection and became able to express myself more proactively.

Currently, South Korea is,
Every year 60,000 middle and high school students drop out, 346,000 people in their 20s are simply idling because they have no dreams, and the within-one-year turnover rate after employment has entered the 40% range,75% of university students are not satisfied with college life, and over 80% of office workers report not feeling happy. Many people tell them to dream, but to solve this problem that lacks practical methods and support, we want to bring the ''gap year'' to South Korea.
''Gap Year'' refers to taking a break from or balancing studies and work to engage in various activities such as volunteering, travel, internships, education, and starting a business,It is a period to set the direction for the future and is a culture encouraged in countries such as the United States, Europe, and Japan.
# The reason my gap year was happy and rewarding was because I had friends.

During my gap year stay, I mainly spent time with guests at guesthouses.Although it was only a few days, we shared affection and formed precious bonds.
If you don''t think of someone as a person who will soon leave or be forgotten, you can form deep connections.Although the time together was short, there are many friends who support and encourage each other and continue those relationships.
My gap year was happy and rewarding because of those friends.

# I was moved by the fact that we could connect even without fluent communication, and I became able to express myself more actively.

There were so many people I wanted to learn from. There were so many people I could learn from.A gap year stay naturally leads you to meet many people.
As you interact with them, your small well gradually expands. You can''t help but grow.Where else could I have experiences like these and meet such diverse people to broaden myself?
It was an experience I couldn''t have had without the Gap Year Stay.
# Through the Gap Year Stay, I was able to learn part of what social life entails.

During this gap year project, I stepped out of my previous laziness, reached out to help first, and began to take action. In doing so, I was able to somewhat break the parts of myself that I disliked.
Also, through the Gap Year Stay, I was able to learn part of what social life entails. So it became an opportunity for me to recognize my shortcomings and grow before fully entering society.

#The best thing about London was the park culture.

At the gap year program orientation, my gap year ''direction'' came out as ''rest.''That was exactly the keyword I wanted at that time.I wanted time to reflect on myself and to listen to myself more.
The version of myself I saw in a new place was something I didn''t even know, and it became an opportunity to break my own mold once again. It was the first time I went out on my own, and every day was trial and error, but as I broke that mold one by one...Nothing was impossible, and before I knew it I could see myself growing. In that process I naturally got to know myself.
I became able to take on challenges more fearlessly.I became stronger than the version of me known to my family, friends, or partner. As I trusted myself more, those around me also trusted me more and cheered me on.
Honestly, how long can I expect people to support my gap year? The times when results didn''t show dramatically made me anxious and uneasy.
However, the belief that was reinforced once again through this gap year wasmy own belief in myself more than anyone else''s.
Even if no one recognizes it, I grew through the gap year. That I, who was dependent and anxious, stood on my own and raised my self-esteem.
Just breaking my own mold is, I think, a great gain.
Those who want to grow in any direction, if they spend a gap year with their own ''direction'',will be able to discover a stronger version of themselves.
To anyone around me who is taking or wants to take a gap year, I strongly support them andI also cheer on my own gap year that''s still ongoing!!!!
